Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Reachify Agency! Before engaging with our services, please carefully review the following terms and conditions that govern your interaction with our agency:

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or using Reachify Agency’s services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Scope of Services:

Reachify Agency offers a variety of services including Branding, Social Media Marketing, Advertising, Ecommerce, Web Development, Sales, and Marketing. The specific scope of services provided will be detailed in a mutually agreed-upon service agreement.

3. Client Obligations:

As a client of Reachify Agency, you are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the successful execution of the agreed-upon services. Failure to provide necessary information may result in delays or impact project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights associated with the services provided by Reachify Agency, including but not limited to designs, content, and marketing materials, remain the sole property of Reachify Agency unless otherwise stipulated in a separate agreement.

5. Confidentiality:

Reachify Agency acknowledges the confidential nature of the information shared by clients and agrees to maintain confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Read Privacy Policy for more information in this regard.

6. Payment Terms:

Initial payment is mandatory to kick off the project, ranging from 50-70% of the total payment.
None of our services include the Ad spend/Marketing cost; they will be provided by the client, and Reachify will ensure to give you the best options considering your budget.
We don’t have any hidden charges after the contract agreement; the Marketing Cost (whether Ad spend or Influencer Marketing/Paid Promotion) client is obligated to consider it when choosing their package, and it’ll be mentioned in the contract agreement.
You can choose a 30, 60, or 90-day retainer depending on the nature of the project, but you can minimum go to 2 monthly installments for each month. Reachify has the right to charge considerably high rates when considering small installments.
The initial payments are to be made within 48 hours of the contract agreement! After 48 hours, Reachify has the right to terminate the contract, and the projects can be terminated as well with no refund policy.
Financial Flexibility: We value the financial conditions of our clients. In case they are not able to meet the budget required for the project or any mishap has happened, we allow you to schedule a RECONSIDERATION MEETING where we’ll allow you consultation with our EXECUTIVE BODY.
Performance Review for Long-Term Clients: Clients who have been working with Reachify for a period of more than 6 months are eligible to have a special PERFORMANCE REVIEW MEETING and have some insights with our EXECUTIVE BODY ON SCALING THE BUSINESS while having the ability to negotiate in those contracts.

7. Termination of Services:

Either party reserves the right to terminate services with written notice in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement. If either the client or Reachify Agency considers terminating a monthly retainer agreement or vice versa, both parties are obliged to provide assistance in the proper closing of the agreements. It is essential that neither party be emotionally or mentally triggered by this process, as it is a right of both parties. A minimum of 7 days of support is mandatory to ensure a smooth transition and closure of services.

8. Limitation of Liability:

Reachify Agency shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Data Protection and Privacy:

Reachify Agency is committed to protecting your data and privacy. We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

10. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

11. Warranties or Guarantees:

Reachify Agency warrants that services will be provided with reasonable care and skill. Reachify is obligated to provide you with the best set of skills acquired by the Reachify Team, drawing from successful strategies and avoiding non-working methods to ensure a higher rate of success. However, the success of the project depends on various factors including on-time communication, required information, hard work, discipline, and determination by both parties. While Reachify guarantees its efforts to make the project successful, we do not provide specific guarantees or assurances as every case is unique in its nature. Our role is to deliver our side of efforts to meet agreed-upon objectives and deliverables.
