We stand by the quality of our work and offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on our services. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the services provided by Reachify Agency within the first 7 days of engagement, you are eligible for a full refund of the service fees paid.

2. Conditions of Refund:

Discussion Meeting:
Reachify Agency and the client are obliged to conduct a formal remote or physical meeting to discuss the reasons for the refund request. This meeting aims to ensure transparency and understanding between both parties.

Executive Review:

Reachify Agency reserves the right to discuss the refund request with the Executive team for a comprehensive review and decision-making process.

Evaluation of Refund Validity:

If Reachify Agency believes that the refund request is based on mockery, false accusations, or non-logical reasoning and that the client never intended to use our services, Reachify has the right to deny or partially refund the amount. This clause is clearly stated in the contract, and the opposing party cannot proceed with legal action based on this decision.

Change of Mind Policy:

While Reachify Agency respects our clients, a change of mind will not be applicable to projects that have already been initiated. In such cases, refunds may be made partially, taking into account the service charges incurred by the Reachify team.

3. Transparent Deductions:

In cases where Reachify Agency has already incurred expenses on behalf of the client, such as purchasing services or acquiring third-party tools, these expenses will be deducted from the refund amount. However, we are committed to transparency and will provide detailed documentation of any deductions made. This ensures that our clients have a clear understanding of the refund calculation and the reasons for any deductions applied.

4. Non-Refundable Services:

Certain services provided by Reachify Agency may be non-refundable, including:
Fees paid for Consultation/Coaching/Strategy sessions.
Customized or Personalized services that require extensive Planning and Development.
Third-party fees or expenses that are not directly refundable to Reachify Agency.

5. Process of Refund:

2. Review: We’ll assess your request based on our refund policy terms.
3. Approval: If eligible, we’ll approve your refund and inform you.
4. Deductions: Any applicable deductions, such as third-party fees or non-refundable services, will be clearly communicated and transparently deducted from the refund amount.
5. Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 Business Days and credited back to your original payment method.
6. Confirmation: Once processed, we’ll confirm the refund with you and consider the matter closed.
